LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA- A woman and he daughter were hit and injured when they were crossing the street on November 7. The woman and her four or five year old daughter were crossing the street in Woodland Hills that afternoon.

An elderly driver hit the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal and struck the female pedestrian and her young daughter. The elderly driver then barreled through a business storefront. The pedestrian and her daughter were both airlifted from the scene to a local hospital. The mother was listed in stable condition. However, her daughter was more seriously injured and was still listed in critical condition.
