CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA – Authorities responded to an accident on the Main Street off-ramp of southbound Interstate 5 on Saturday. The California Highway Patrol reported four people were injured in that accident, including a child.
Four ambulances responded to the scene to take the victims to local hospitals. A dispatcher said the accident occurred just before 11 a.m. The off-ramp was closed for a time following the accident. No additional information was immediately available.
